Refund policy

At Amaira Creation, we take pride in delivering high-quality products crafted with care. Since most of our items are made with attention to detail, we follow a strict no return & no refund policy once an order has been successfully placed and processed.

🚫 Refunds / Returns are NOT applicable in the following cases:

Change of mind after placing the order
Incorrect order placed by the customer
Delays caused by courier or logistics partners
Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided

✅ Refunds will ONLY be considered if:

The product received is damaged during transit, or
The product delivered is incorrect (wrong item received)

📌 Claim Process:

To raise a valid claim, you must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with:

A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video (from opening the package till showing the issue)
The product must be unused, in original packaging, with all tags intact

💳 Refund Process:

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days
Refunds will be made via the original payment method
