Exchange & Return Policy – Amaira Creations

At Amaira Creations, each product is carefully curated and quality-checked before dispatch. To maintain hygiene and product integrity, we follow a strict return and exchange policy.

🚫 Returns

• We follow a No Return Policy
• Returns are not accepted for reasons such as:
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer
  • Size/fit issues

🔁 Exchanges (Allowed in Limited Cases Only)

Exchanges are only applicable if:

• You receive a damaged product, or
• You receive the wrong item

📌 Exchange Conditions

To request an exchange, you must:

• Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
• Provide a clear unboxing video (mandatory, without cuts)
• Ensure the product is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags intact

🚚 Exchange Process

• Once approved, we will arrange a replacement shipment
• In case the product is unavailable, we may offer:
  • Store credit, or
  • Refund (at our discretion)

⚠️ Important Notes

• Requests without proper proof (unboxing video) may be rejected
• Minor color variations due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects
• Amaira Creations reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests
